Chris was very informative . Took his time to explain and was patient. We visited the store and made phone calls a few times before making our final decision. He helped us pick the right fabric for our needs. Although it will be a few months before it arrives due to pandemic , we are confident of the quality and warranty that comes with our purchase. I went in there to buy a chair for the nursery. I fully expected the prices to be too high... and they were high. But, the quality seem to match the price. I tested the competitors and found La-Z-Boy to be the best option.nnThe customer service was also amazing. I was helped by Mariah who was still in her first week but still provided amazing customer service. She answered questions, provided her personal opinions and really helped me weigh the pro and cons of each chair. She made the La-Z-Boy shopping experience easy and fun. I highly recommend.
It was an excellent experience and our sales person was experienced and knowledgeable and very helpful!
The sales woman first told me the price of the chair was $659 only to return five minutes later and tell me that it was $1049. If I hadn’t wanted the chair so much I would have left. That’s a huge difference. I was so excited to think that the sale price for the chair was so great, and then deflated to hear the final price.
Staff was helpful, and attentive, with a no pressure attitude. Stopped in to test some recliners, went to a few other stores, and wound up going back to La-Z-Boy a few days later to complete our purchase. They know their sit.
