It's sad but I think I'll start going to Lowes. The service over the years has declined so much that I'm better off anywhere else!! Service department acts as though you are bothering them.

Recently purchased Hampton Bay cabinets from here. Special ordered paid up front. Waited patiently for two months for them to come in. They did it after another 3 weeks of calling and dealing with customer service who gave me a different answer every time it turns out my order came in but they didn’t mark them as mine and put them on the stock shelves.nAfter finally getting the majority of my order I was able to start hanging cabinets. After opening most of the boxes. I would say 50% of them were either broken or cosmetically damaged. (Paint chipped, corners crushed). Granted these I only spent a few grand on these cabinets but come on!? They’re junk. I still have a few doors that Came I’m broken that I need replaced. I’m sure that will be a whole other experience. I will not be getting counter tops through them, that is sure.nIn the future I will do my best to avoid any purchases from Home Depot as the big box stores could care less about the customers satisfaction.

It's true sometimes it's very difficult to find someone to help you at Home Depot, however like I always say if you can't find it at Home Depot, it probably doesn't exist.nThe key is, be patient when looking for help because as soon as an employee is free they're more than willing and go above and beyond guiding and helping you regardless of what department they work in , they will direct you or find you the help you need. Be patient that's all.

Well I really hate home improvement store, but I was looking for some tile, do had to go. I dislike this location because I can never find anyone to ask a question or some kind of help in general. I feel the store is always dusty and dirty. I understand what kind of store it is but just don't care for it. Didn't find anything I was looking for. But I have in the past.
