Matt at the Manchester location was an awesome sales rep. Greeted me the moment I stepped through the door. He was patient and was willing to search around the store for a particular set I was looking for. A seven up-sale me to more than I went inside the store to get. The folks at RF are great! Store managers Patrick and Alfredo thank you for working with me, you made my transaction seamless and stress free! Consultant Derrick, helped me with all my questions on picking out chairs and ordering pillows. I also got pictures and vases, reasonably priced. Went to Manchester store to purchase a loveseat with wife and said hello to a salesman and we hit it off good. His name was Chris and he was very very helpful in making our decision on our purchase.
