Bought a $90 sunlounger chair from Namco. Had it about a month and a half and the seams came undone after roughly 7-10 uses rendering it unusable because the fabric now slips off the frame. This chair was only in the water when it was being used, immediately pulled out when done and stored in our shed out of the elements. Called Namco and asked if they would honor an exchange because I no longer had the box or receipt. I was told they were out of stock so basically there is nothing they can do about it. I asked to speak with a manager about possibly a return or a voucher stating we could exchange it when they got some back in stock. I ended up hanging up after they left me on hold for over 60 minutes. Extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend buying their products.
I'm thoroughly impressed with both Jamie and Brian at the Manchester, CT location. They refused to sell me chemicals I didn't need, and they were both great to deal with. I have no idea what I'm doing with a hot tub I recently bought used, and I prefer to just listen to the people who do know what they're doing. Jamie and Brian are those people. I'll be doing all of my spa supply shopping there. I had no idea they sold outdoor patio furniture and canopies and what not, but they have that as well.... and those sets are slick. I'll likely add one to my back yard in a month or two.
Employees were very helpful and kind. Great experience, even better pool!
