Last year I called Richard at Recovery Zone when I wanted to remodel several different chairs in my den. He was prompt and courteous. He covered (in faux leather) a couch, 2 large electric recliner chairs, and 1 recliner chair, plus an ottoman. The workmanship was fantastic, and the chairs all looked like a set. The chairs were completed before his estimated delivery date. I recommend Recovery Zone very highly.nIn November I called on Richard again to recover an expensive couch and 2 chairs I had purchased 45 years ago. The couch was tufted. Richard and his crew again did a fantastic job on my couch and two chairs. The materials he offers are of high quality.nRichard is a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to use him again.
Hackjob work, don't waste your money. Loses customers all the time. Find independent upholsterers; that's the only way you can get quality and usually for a lower price or at least equal than what Bruce will charge you.nEmployees are treated as lesser than, and can hardly keep up with demanding work flow. Do not let Bruce keep berating these guys. It's not worth it the hassle of dealing with this place.
Great place helped me repo a customer that fled from FL to Mass. Communicated well throughout the process!
