Got a last minute appointment, which was nice. Showed a picture of a dimensional red color, the girl (Nicole, I believe) applied the same color to my dark roots and bleached ends. She didn't comb my hair at all, just ripped through it with a round brush while blow drying. I left with broken ends and yellow hair. They nicely offered to fix it but I will not trust them to touch my hair again.
The staff took the time to really give a great experience. I did the big spa package and it was completely worth it. The best part for me was the facial! I will def go back. PS I also got a haircut and she did such a great job I’m so excited to show it off :).
Great hair cut with Karen!! Highly recommend this salon.
Love this place and especially Karen. Always takes the best care of me.
All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and it is always a very clean and welcoming environment!
