I’ve had many great experiences at Beauty 911 Skin Lounge. Starting with George who has been very informative and always does a great job! Never disappoints. Very clean environment. I’ve been having my lymphatic massages here and will always come back. Elena has been very knowledgeable and informative as well. I highly recommend you come here for your beauty needs!

This place is amazing! They are very professional and very friendly... I came to them needing serious help because I was developing fibrosis after I had lipo surgery. Not only did they help me get rid of the fibrosis, but my stomach looks beautiful, smooth, and SNATCHED! I highly recommend this place! I’m going to be doing other services as well and am VERY happy I’ve found this place.

I saw this place on Groupon, it was local and I wanted to support local Business. I called at 5 p.m and they were able to get me in at 7 p.m Which at the time I thought Awesome. Leaving my shoes at the front door was concerning but whatever. There is no privacy. You lay on the table to get the facial and you can hear the clients in the next area getting massage or talking about Liposuction and how they don’t like their body. The area is partitioned off no rooms. The facial itself was okay... too much product was dumped on my face dripping onto my shirt and in my eye. Over Priced!!!nNonetheless, I paid over $112 for a facial to have conjunctivitis in my eyes the next morning.

I've been going to beauty 911 for about two years. I suffered from cystic acne and ever since I started going to beauty 911 my skin has transformed dramatically. I no longer get those bad and itchy breakouts, if I do get a pimple is very small and painless and with their products it goes away within a day or two. I really like that Elena & Jorge are always in a positive mood, provide professional service, and use all natural products that actually work. My skin has made significant improvements which has built up my confidence! If you want to see results and feel more beautiful about yourself I recommend giving Beauty911 a call, they offer many services and they are very kind and knowledgeable.

Everything started out ok then not showing for scheduled appointments became a thing. I came from New britain and spent alot of money with this place. To not even have the courtesy to ever reply to the text message I sent to Elena or Jorge. I am still owed 1 massage or a refund...let's see if they show some sign of professionalism. On to the next and to think I almost spent another 1400 with you guys!
