Asking questions at a help desk should be met with help and patience, not all us can know every state law which is why we are there, at the help desk. It is frustrating how silly we are made to feel by government employees, whos entire job is to help the people of this state ENJOY their state. I would hope people there enjoy their job more than they appear to.

Always have great service here. Friendly and knowledgeable. The kids love to look at the animals at headquarters, too.

It's a travesty how much Montana charges for a non resident fishing license and camping at state parks for out of state residence. Tourism is one of the main stays of Montana so you would think they would not try to gouge the hand that feeds them!
