Great staff, very accommodating with scheduling. Wanted to wait a few months after receiving therapy and I feel great because of the treatment I received there.

Every one before i saw the person to give me stitches was awesome very nice and very fast. Then i was told to clean my own wound then gauze got wrapped around my finger (no anti anything put on first.) Told to use maxi pads for bandeges, she actully gave me one. Dont go here.

I get refills prescriptions thru Express Scripts. They notified me that in order to fill the next refill, my DOCTOR REQUESTED updated blood work. I called this office (My Doctors office) to verify the request 2 days later. Spoke to a person who confirmed MY DOCTOR requested this. Then I called back today to verify what time I can come in for bloodwork and verify whether or not I needed to be fasting prior to getting the bloodwork done. They confirmed I did not and was free to come in anytime. I went on my lunch break thinking I'd be in and out fairly quickly. When I got there I was next in line and was called in within 5 minutes of getting there, only to find out the computer didn't have an order for my labwork. I had to go back to the waiting room. 48 minutes later I left without getting anything done.nThe Doctor requested the order. Express Scripts listed the requirement. Two individuals at two separate times that work at this office told me I was good to go. And now I have to take time another day to do this all over again.nVery poor Customer Service. I should have been taken care of quickly and they should of corrected all this afterword's. Complete waist of my time. I will not be returning there for my blood work.n***Update March 11, 2020nI have been back to this office and they greatly improved their communication and organization. They have some new staff and they make you feel like a patient instead of a number. Definite improvement.
