Asked a question about my prescription. Pharmacy tech goes, “That’s a question for your doctor.” You guys are LITERALLY a pharmacy, meaning you have an on-site pharmacist that went to school to learn about medications. If I didn’t push for the pharmacist, the tech would’ve continued to be lazy and not provide me the counsel I needed.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who offer professional and efficient services. Working with several different pharmacies as part of my job, I appreciate the personable experience the Medicine Shoppe provides, often going above and beyond for their customers and clientele, setting them apart from other pharmacies.
