My car was towed this evening at the request of management after being in the “private lot” for less than an hour. I am an out of town essential healthcare employee who parked in the lot to attend a dinner with friends to unwind after a grueling 12 hour shift. The signs were very vague and did not explicitly say that the lot was private and was therefore subject to payment 24 hours a day. I was under the assumption that the lot operated under street parking hours, which is free after 6pm. Was forced to pay $180 and drive 10 minutes to another town to retrieve my vehicle at 10 o’clock at night.
