I contacted them with a minor issue, and was met with breathtaking laziness and incompetence. They used to be better than this.
I went to title my car, I had a lady named Jodi, she was awesome, knew exactly everything about the title error made by myself and the seller I was able to complete the registration process and she made it so stress free. I have never had a bad experience there but she was great!!!
Called to ask A couple questions about Montana Titles, agent I spoke with didn’t let me get my question out before she cut me off and talked over the top of me. She went down a path that wasn’t relevant to my situation and then acted irritated when I had to cut her off to get her back on track with my question.
I arrive 5 mins after they opened and proceeded to wait 3 hours because one of the two employees working could only handle current Montana driver license renewals while the other had to do all the other forms. I understand new employees have limited abilities but during that time maybe have another employee working to help with the large number of people in the waiting room. Not the best first impression for a new resident of Montana.
