This place is great! I come by everytime and theyre always friendly and happy to see me. Their work is very professional and tidy. Im a regular for wash, dry and fold and I highly reccomend their services to anyone in need or thinking about it.
So I came into town from out of State on a Contract assignment needed to launder some dress shirts for work, arrived late to Mercury, maybe 1/2 hour, Business was closed, but the Owner was still around, was gracious to take my articles ,even cut me a lesser price on a pair of slacks, to help defray costs , after having crossed the Country to arrive here.Very rare these days to encounter kindness and an attitude of selflessness. Speaks highly to the character of the man.
Been a customer for over 20 years. Simply the best. Good ole customer service and quality work. Every time.
Jacket had to be sent out/picked up by their expert subcontractor. It took over a week to get it back and they couldn't clean it properly, but still charge 100% for partial work. $50 down the drain. I agreed to the price upfront, but it's not much better than before
