The carpet was picked up the day after I called and returned within a week. All stains were removed and the cat pulls were somehow eliminated. The people I dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and were able to provide information about another carpet that we had inherited. The service and results were fantastic.
Maurice, Charlie and their team are fantastic and always beyond accommodating!! They cleaned an area rug on the verge of being tossed, and they really brought it back to life - and made it look better than ever! Their assortment of rugs both in store and online is incredible and gives you no reason NOT to shop local!
They were prompt, pleasant and efficient. I would definitely use them again!
Great experience with Diane! She came to pick up a rug for cleaning and provided some unplanned design help! 2 days later I was in the store and found the perfect rug to pull the bedroom all together!
