Avoid this place. Caveat Emptor. I just paid over $26 to dryclean one suit and tie. The quality was fine. But there is no difference whatsoever between this place and a normally priced drycleaner. I've been wearing suits and taking them to the drycleaners for over 40 years. I've never seen such a disgusting rip off. The customer service was nothing special. Impersonal and disinterested. But the prices, holy hell, it's like that feeling when you order a shot of scotch expecting to pay $7.50 for a regular whiskey. And you get the bill and find out that the price was $25. So you ask WTF? And the manager says those are the prices. You buy a suit for $200. Take it to these thieves 8 times and you just bought it again. That's how horrible of a ripoff this place is. Do yourself a favor, before you bring your clothes here, check out some other places. There is absolutely no reason whatsover to spend $25 to dryclean a freakin suit.

I don't even know where to begin. Servepro called them in after a fire I had almost 3 months ago. Im just now getting my things back. Over $7,000 for a HORRIBLE job. Things were ruined. I also received other people's belongings, which makes me wonder how many people got things of mine. $100 to wash a f%#$!ng blanket. They really took advantage of my insurance. There's more I would like to say, but I just dont feel like typing it! Just overall very upset with the service.

I brought a concert dress that needed to be tailored. They promised the job will be done by a certain date. I made it clear to them that I needed the dress for the concert and they couldn't be late. I came the day after they said it would be ready (on the day of my performance) and the dress wasn't ready. Instead of apologizing the seamstress was rude asking me what my problem was and then telling me how many other jobs she had. Unprofessional, terrible service.
