I originally went to buy hoop earrings for my mother's birthday and I did. However I've been searching for an engagement ring and I've search in every site that I can think of. Once I was there I couldn't help but to noticed the beautiful diamond engagement rings. Michael Ginsberg the store manager helped me through the process of picking a ring and a beautiful, shinny full cut round diamond that YES is GIA certified. He also took his time and gave me a few pointers to insure the engagement ring and diamonds. I also like the fact that they gave me an appraisal. I strongly recommend Gem Jewelry. They also clean and resize rings on site. Will add photos as soon as she say YES!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience today at Gem Jewelry in West Hartford!! The staff went above and beyond to help me fix my engagement ring! They were super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful for their amazing service!

A month ago I went With my boyfriend to get an engagement ring at gem jewelry’s in West Hartford Michael there was extremely helpful and kind and very patient he helped us pick out a beautiful ring that I absolutely love I would highly recommend Gem jewelers in West Hartford and ask for Michael.

My bf and I went in looking for engagement rings and we were very impressed by their kind, professional staff with amazing knowledge. We had been to a few different stores prior to Gem, looking for the perfect ring. Gem Jewelry truly took the time to educate us on different diamond cuts, prices, their services. My bf ended up buying from them and I couldn't be happier! We will be returning to them for our wedding bands too.

They go above and beyond to make what you need work. My father passed and he left me a gold coin that his godparents, who were actually his grandparents, gave him on his christening. I was hoping to get it on a link and necklace before his memorial service. It was kind of iffy but all was done the next day. I was so grateful to them. I am so happy they stayed in the same place. xo
