I had a broken sterling silver necklace that i needed fixing. I asked them to fix it by connecting the chain to two heart shaped pieces intertwined.. they told me that would cost me 30ty dollars.. even though the necklace itself didn't cost me much more than that, i said fine. When i got the necklace back, it was a mess.. they put this thin piece of silver (at least i hope its silver), connecting the necklace and it doesn't even look like one heart. I don't know what kind of shape it is.. its just a mess. I really shouldn't of paid them but i wanted my necklace. I will never ever go to this place again!!
