I'd heard excellent reports about Becker's in West Hartford and was surprised that, even on my first visit, they met my high expectations and even exceeded them. A sparkling, light, clean store with a mix of fine estate and dazzling new pieces, what brought me in were mere repairs. They swiftly and expertly completed what I asked, charged less than I expected, and made a new loyal customer. I look forward to returning--and to feeling as welcomed, confident and relaxed as I did yesterday.
My now fiancé and I were super nervous to go check out engagement rings, especially being both women. Margie greeted us and made us both fee extremely comfortable and made our whole experience fun and easy! She is wonderful!
