I found several absolutely beautiful bracelets with the help of Karen, the store manager. She spent over an hour with me showing me beads of all shades and colors and coordinating things to my taste. She was a wealth of knowledge and knew the entire store inside out. I will return to find gifts for my family in the near future. I was lucky to stumble upon this jewel of a store and even luckier to have had the expertise of the store manager to help me create exceptional works of art.

Ever since I purchased my troll beads, I feel like I have my own story wrapped around my wrist that really shows off my individuality as a person. I often find myself explaining what each bead means to my friends and family with pride and that is what is so special about the experience. On top of that, my experience at the West Hartford location in Blue Back was nothing but a pleasure. Karen walked me through the exact beads that spoke to me and really helped me narrow down my choices. I can’t wait to go back for a second visit to add to my collection.

Visited this store after a long time! Met a very old acquaintance Karen who is the store manager. She is absolutely wonderful. So patient and creative.
