As their showroom is compact, we made reservations to come in and order. We were greeted at the door, shown the qualities of the item we wanted, and granted finding quickly. The two staff members were very helpful and pleasant. They didn't push any products on us, but shared passionately about items we asked about. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
Love it
I had some issues with ordering through the website, but customer service certainly didn’t let me down. Huge shout out to Tom and Tim both! You definitely turned my experience around and now I’m just waiting for my Sactional to arrive! Very excited!
I am disgusted and I haven’t even unwrapped the Lovesac. All sorts of personal information was taken at purchase time. I was told that I would be told when the delivery would be. I was told it would be 3 weeks. Yet I looked for notification early anyway. A week ago I received a message saying , How do you like our service?” I thought I will tell you when I get the product. A day later I left for a week. Today I arrived back and find the sofa stacked up outside my garage on the lawn and sand of the driveway. From the dirt on the boxes, they have been out there for a week. I’m lucky that my neighbors are honest! I looked over the text— no mention of arrival time. They are heavy boxes. I struggled to get them in the garage. Now I have to get them up 2 steps and down a flight of stairs. It has been wet here. I wonder if they are even salvageable. What a mess!
Great experience for the family to test everything out. Sales people were outstanding.
