Rent-A-Center

They need to be more on track . i already had signed papers, scheduled a delivery date, made a payment, talked the the guys everything. Now they are calling me asking for more paperwork and asking more questions like isn't all this suppose to be done before i sign and make my payment . to much extra stuff just for a couch so i cancelled can get a couch else where

Just recently got a King size bedroom set && it’s beautiful, bed is Super comfortable. The Guys did a great job bringing it.! Thank you to The manager Jose for all his Help.! Highly recommend.!

This is easily the worst Rent-A-Center I've ever dealt with. I've heard stories of experiences with multiple Rent-A-Centers over the year through friends and relatives and none have compared to one I can tell you about this one.nnTheir staff is rude and it's evident they are miserable performing basic job functions. Whichever female employee answers their phone had an attitude problem since our first phone call. I paid in advance for the week, but wanted to cancel immediately after my first interaction. I asked for a refund and the manager called me two days later basically saying he couldn't refund it. I guess is was my own undoing when I decided to give them another chance and order a couch and table anyway.nnRAC delivered the couch and table and delivery guys were awesome, but the entire time the manager was harassing them on the phone to leave my house before they were even done assembling the table. They delivered the wrong table and when I called about why happened, the sassy front desk lady blamed me, the customer, for the miscommunication.nnI was told I would be given a call a couple days later, and I think you can guess who did the calling. When I called, the manager didn't like what I had to say about my frustrations with the clearly poor service and would not let me finish a sentence.nnIf you would like a seamless and stress free experience renting with RAC, I would suggest the New Britain one, as every time I dealt with them I am taken care of.

This is the worst rent a center in Connecticut the staff is unprofessional and the delivery personnel is even worse!!
