Dawn has been a life saver! I moved to PA a few months ago and had forgotten about my gift certificate I have for this store. I contacted them via their website and I couldn't be happier that Dawn was the one to reach out to me. She has gone way above and beyond by tracking down the band of my engagement ring from another store, having it sent to her, then hand selecting various wedding bands that look good with it and sending tons of photos to me. I have a Sterling silver wedding ring set. One of the stones fell out. I went in to see if the jeweler could set the stone. At first he said no because he didn't want to mess up the painted design. I told him it's not a big deal it's rubbing off anyway. Then he respectfully declined because he didn't have the tools to work on something the quality of my rings. The girl proceeded to tell me that she could show me their wedding ring set if I wanted. Thank you for being too good to work on my wedding ring set and trying to get me to buy another set cause mine is apparently too cheap. I don't want a new set. I want my original set fixed.
