terrible company to work with. They upped my yearly without even notifying me-i had no accidents or anything different. I had auto-pay but once I cancelled with them I asked them to send the remaining balance statement to me in the mail because I did not want to make a payment over the phone. Never got the statement in the mail and received a call from a debt collector today. Disorganized, rude, inconsiderate company who does not care about the individual, just interested in taking your money. I am now with a local agent paying 1/2 the price I was paying with travelers. this company is a joke.
