We have a well lit, organized basement storage. The inspector took upon him self determined that we have cluttered conditions,. That was completely unnecessary since it did not impede his inspection. This reflects poorly on our beautifully maintained house.
Paul and his team were amazing. Arrived on time and explained in detail their findings. The report provided was very specific with pictures and well thought out. Highly recommend them. Learned so many things from them. 5 Stars.
Glad I chose Allied! I bought a condo last summer and the AC was running during the inspection but was not producing cold air to cool the unit. They recommend that the central air cooling system be serviced, which the sellers agreed to do,but when I moved in the AC was not working at all. I called the company that serviced the AC and got there voicemail. I called Allied and Paul came out and found that the technician had not fully put the cover back on the front of the furnace which was preventing the AC from running. Thank you so much Paul!
This is what a home inspection should be like! Inspectors we're on time, friendly, thorough, and answered all of our questions. The report had pictures of all defects and was very detailed. My wife and I were very happy with the inspection!
