Very thorough screening for anyone who might be nervous about the virus. Temporary hygienist Keith was AWESOME!! They are currently not using the water scaling device do he did the cleaning the old fashioned way by hand scaling. He was gentle and paid such attention to detail! I felt like he was working on a piece of art the way he was so detail oriented. Teeth feel cleaner than ever! Met the new dentist for the first time and he was very pleasant as well. Spoke about areas to be aware of and was not pushy at all! Tech and office staff always pleasant and professional!

When I needed veneers due to a few broken teeth I visited 3 dentists for consultations. I met with Dr. Balloch last and after that visit I had made my choice. He spent so much time with me, performed a thorough evaluation and presented different options. His years of experience, his gentle demeanor and attention to detail is what sold me. I made it clear that I would not be happy if there was even the slightest indication that the new teeth were not natural. I can honestly say my new teeth are perfect! I appreciated the outstanding care provided by Dr. Balloch and Lisa, his longtime assistant, who made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the process.

I got my first set of veneers around 2002, from a regular—non-cosmetic—dentist. They were poorly done and leaked within two years, so I needed to get replacements. While I went to a cosmetic dentist and they were better than the originals, they were never quite right. They photographed very yellow and the shade was one or two off from my other teeth. By the end of 2019, I was fed up and ready to try again.nnI started my research on google, and narrowed down my list to three cosmetic dentists in Connecticut. After calling Dr. Balloch’s office and talking to Amy for almost an hour, I knew I found the right office for me. She scheduled me for a consultation in early 2020.nnAs soon as I entered the office, I felt a sense of calm. Everyone is so professional and makes you feel so comfortable. Dr. Balloch spent over an hour with me, discussing options. Because of my two sets of prior veneers, I had very little of my natural tooth left underneath the current set, making the process more difficult, but he planned accordingly.nnThe day he removed my current veneers (a very lengthy process for those who haven’t gone through it), I opted to have sleep dentistry done. I woke up eight hours later with temporaries that looked better than my old permanents and some additional filling work done.nnOnce he cemented my permanent veneers I felt like a different person. My new veneers are the perfect match in color, size, and glossiness. They look like real teeth (what I was going for) that are absolutely beautiful.nnSince then, I have been to the office for filling replacements, a crown, and one cleaning, and my mouth has never felt better.nnI would recommend Dr. Balloch to anyone, especially those with anxiety around going to the dentist. I was so worried I would be judged for my poor choices (getting veneers from unqualified dentists), but there was never a moment I felt judged or anything but warmth and acceptance. Honestly, I enjoy going to see the whole office for my cleanings—it’s like a little family reunion.

Every aspect of the service provided by this office was excellent. I highly recommend!

I was really pleased with Dr Glavin. He continues the excellence. For anyone seeking patient sensitivety and doctors who listen to their patients Dr Balloch & Dr Glavin I recommend highly. The staff is top notch as well.
