I have been going to Erin at LaBella Salon for years! Why? Because I love how I sit in the chair and I can relax because I have never left with a haircut or hair color I didn’t love!!!

As an older woman with some health issues, I have been extremely mindful of unnecessary risks during this pandemic. One place I have ventured out to is the excellent hair salon I have been with for over 20 years. Labella Salon always has been so considerate of its customers, having a superb staff skilled in every aspect of hair treatment. Everyone makes you feel welcome. When hairdressing salons began to open again, Labella Salon presented very clear protocols for the state mandates. I felt very safe in going there after several months of going nowhere. I have been twice within the last five weeks. Both times I have felt safe as the staff and customers are carefully following all guidelines. Everyone has masks and the hairdressers have additional shields over masks. Your are met at the door after phoning in your arrival,and your temperature is taken. You fill out a sheet, which is helpful for tracking. Only part of the staff is present at one time, so distancing is not a problem. The staff is very positive and attentive to the customers' needs and concerns. Chrissy Labella who owns the salon, deserves the highest praise. Luanne, my hairdresser for years, has made me feel like a new woman in these challenging times. This is a business I will not hesitate to go to at this time. It's one of the very few places I plan to visit for quite a while.

Everyone was very friendly, greeted me at the door to check my temp and explained everything in a clear concise manner. Everything is very clean and spread out right now due to covid restrictions. Jess did my hair which I am very happy with. Everyone was on time and very professional from the moment I walked in. Overall I am very satisfied and grateful for this small business!

Jessica is amazing! I came with my daughter who already had an appointment with her. After my daughter’s styling which came out great, I asked if she had time to cut my curly hair which she did. This is honestly the best cut I have ever had for my natural curls. She explained every step. I’ll definitely come down from Boston to get my hair cut by Jessica. Highly recommend this salon and Jessica!
