I went into Jonathan Peakes Law firm initially looking at a different person to defend me in my DUI case. I met Jonathan Peake when I was there and chose him to defend me instead and that was the best decision I have made having to be put in a position I have never been familiar with! He made me a priority through all the details, his pricing was great and well worth it! No matter what time of day it was whenever I had a question he was always getting back to me within minutes! He is a phenomenal person to have in your corner in whatever you may be fighting through. Not only did he provide me with his help and knowledge but his wife’s help as well being that she is in the same career field as he is in. She was also a very phenomenal person to have around, those two together make an absolute solid team and were very easy to talk to all the time and very personable! Not only would they give me advice or a great path to go down for my case but whenever I needed advice not regarding my case they were still always there within minutes to help me and help me decide on things that were best for my future of the future of my family. These two, especially Jonathan Peake will always be who I turn to in the future if I need legal or even any help again. He was able to get my DUI dropped like it was Cake with the judge even with the opposing lawyer there and the officer who arrested me. I have no negative comments throughout my experience with Jonathan Peake, if I were anyone who can have Jonathan Peake and the assistances of his wife I would go with them no doubt, no questions asked, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Jonathan Peake for everything you did for me and my family, you’re a small family firm but that’s what makes you guys so strong cause family takes care or family and that’s what you did for me and how you made me feel walking out of your office after everything!

When someone needs a lawyer it’s rare to find someone who is proactively interested in your case and actually wants to help you. After looking all around New Mexico and receiving countless letters from attorneys claiming they will do everything to win my case. Jonathan was the most straight up; he didn’t promise me a story book, he promised he would get the facts and fight my case for me. That right there meant everything, no sugar coating, just pure intrinsic motivation to see everything though. While the unknown is filled with anxiety and stress, the assurance was the contacts from Jonathan himself and also his staff informing me of the next steps. After everything was displayed and I was not confident; his absolutes of research and experience gave me assurance. By representing the facts and extinguishing the unknowns from the case, I am able to walk around with my head held high. I am able to feel confident that I will continue on in life and flourish. I personally thank you Jonathan Peake for helping me, (somewhat extreme but true) saving me and allowing me to press on in life. Johnathan was knowledgeable,professional , kind and really took his time in explaining to me everything I needed to know regarding my case .
