Clean, well maintained, affordable gym. Lots of equipment. Even with many machines blocked off for social distancing and during the after-work rush I had no trouble using any machines I wanted to.
I really enjoyed this gym, people were respectful, in both attitude and consideration. People kept the locker room clean and wiped down equipment. Good equipment to user ratio. There was only one day that it was too crowded for me to have my workout as I planned.
Clean well maintained facility. Friendly staff. Just joined so we'll see how it goes.
Make sure you read the contract carefully. I canceled my membership today hours after the yearly renewal fee automatically drafted from my bank account and when I asked if they could work with me and refund the money they took for a few hours of a membership, they gave me a simple “no”. Not happy with the customer service or the contract. I will never recommend anyone to this facility.
Planet fitness has really gone down hill! Its dirty, the bathrooms always smell like god knows what, they dont have enough equipment for the classes. So you could be using something and an employee will just come up and take it from you for the class then say sorry we'll give it back after WE'RE done. Seriously needs to get more equipment and better employees not happy.
