They took forever for a drug test! Also the lady who conducted the test to me was a bit rude! The only good thing about the place is the Spanish lady at the front desk she has good energy about her.

Everyone there was nice and told me exactly what to do. This was my first time going and the wait time was over 2 hrs but it felt quicker than that.

I’ve been to other Concentra Urgent Care facilities and the one in New Britain was the best one. The employees were friendly, the lobby was exceptionally clean, chairs were a good distance from each other, the service was good and professional.

I had to use Concentra for employment. As I have used them before I can say the service was consistently great. I was taken promptly and the nurse and doctor were both professional and friendly.

Had an apt first thing at opening (8am) that had been scheduled. Had to wait more than a week for the apt and they couldn't see me until after 9 am when my apt was for 8am. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, which I appreciate. The overall apt took about 15 mins total but I didn't get out of the facility until 10:30am. The entire time I was waiting I overheard the receptionists telling people that no apt was required and to just come during open business hours. This left me wondering why I had to wait over a week for the apt in the first place.
