We had a house fire the week before Christmas and Edricks was so helpful in getting our clothes picked up, freshly cleaned, and delivered promptly to the hotel where we were staying. They were top notch in quality as always. I use them for my regular cleaning all along and always find them so pleasant to deal with and concerned about the details of their work. Highly recommend them for any kind of clothing care.
I have been using this Dry Cleaners for a few years only because they were conveniently located on my way to and from work. At this point I won't be going back. The last three times I had repairs done on garments while they were in for cleaning the work was never completed. In the first two cases I took the garment back and they did the work, but not as a priority and I had to wait another week.nThis last time I called to explain the problem and that I would not be using them again. I also asked for a refund on the I completed work. After a while they agreed to send me a check for the difference. A month later still no check, but I can't say I am supposed.nnOn a side note, I had the same work done at a reputable Dry Cleaner near my office....they charged half the rate and had the work done the next day.
Excellent service, they took out heavy stains out of my shirts.
This is the best cleaner in the Farmington valley. Really no comparison. Careful and meticulous.
Best dry cleaner in the area. I've tried multiple cleaners and no one takes as much care and does as good a job with laundering my dress shirts. The store is owned by a local family who is often on-site. It is not a large faceless chain. They provide plastic collar reinforcers that ensure that my shirts come out sharp every time. Dry cleaning has always been done well and stains and broken buttons cared for with minimal effort. They also offer free pick-up and drop-off as well as express drop off bags.
