Super happy with the look of my bathroom remodel! I met with Justin and he was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the luxstone shower system! I chose the Vein Cut Dune system which looks absolutely stunning. The installers worked efficiently and clean. All COVID precautions were taken seriously by all members of the Total Bath Systems team. The office staff was so helpful and kind, always keeping me up to date with the status of my materials and ETA of the techs. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this company through Home Depot and was quickly disappointed by efforts to up-sell me beyond the work that needs to be done. I sincerely hope other loyal Home Depot customers do not fall into bait and switch trap that Total Bath is trying to catch people in.

Was rushed during estimate. Asked for money up front. Did not allow us to think about it. Products very expensive. Would not give us breakdown of charges Office staff not professional. Not very clear on finances and how they come up with there numbers If you decide not to go with them there attitude changes drastically. Customer service is a “0” in my book. Decided to go with another competitor.

I am so happy we chose to work with Total Bath Systems. We reached out to the company to have a tub to shower conversion done for my mother. We needed to have it done in a timely manner so my mother can come home and have a safe bathroom to use. The specialist took his time and explained all of our options to design a handy cap accessible bathroom. We chose a walk in shower with seat and grab bars. The installers were excellent and professional. My family and I are pleased with the renovation.

I had a wonderful experience working with Total Bath Systems. To start, my first impression of the company was how professional they are. They asked me many questions prior to my consultation to ensure they were able to accommodate what I wanted my new, updated bathroom. Right from the start I felt very comfortable meeting with them. Geoff was the specialist that came out to my home. I met with Geoff for about two hours. He explained all the materials, was very informative and knowledgeable from the materials, to financing, and the actual installation. With the help of the specialist, we selected a liner, shower head and grab bar for our tub/shower enclosure. Once going into contract, I waited about four weeks for my materials to come in. As soon as my materials arrived, Total Bath Systems put me on their schedule for the up coming week. The job was done in one day. I had my tub and surround replaced. The installers were very professional, they spent the time to do the job right, cleaned up after themselves, and worked in a timely manner. On installation day, the office contacted me through out the day to ensure I was happy with the work being done. My family and I absolutely love our new bathroom. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend to anyone who is seeking a bathroom remodel.
