Mr. Perez was excellent. He was always on time, very kind and knowledgeable. He was very available by text message and phone. He was responsive when the traps were full and went the extra mile. I would highly recommend his services.
William was very knowledgeable and courteous during his visit. Not only was he punctual but exceeded my expectations in service. I never had an issue with spiders until my wife and I moved into our new place. Without asking William let me know exactly what he was going to do and the expected outcome. He also offered an alternative in case the problem persisted but because of his expertise he was more than sure the treatment would take care of our issue.
