They came out almost immediately to give an estimate for the job of refinishing all rooms and replacing damaged floor. Was able to start work just as fast. Very professional workers who worked efficiently in a short window. Not only was customer service excellent, but there work was amazing. From what my floors looked like in beginning to how they turned out in few short days far exceeded my expectations. Extremely happy with my entire experience and would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them to others. Showed some pictures to friends and they were just as amazed for the price. If your looking for quality work at a very reasonable price these are your guys. You won't be disappointed
Christian and his team truly did an exceptional job. The floors were done on time, on budget. Christian communicated every step of the way, providing all the detail without having to poke or prod. His prices are good and his service is fantastic. I would (and have) recommended Professional Hardwood Flooring LLC to anyone.
We just used this company to refinish hardwood floors for a second time. Both jobs were entire house refinishing and the floors came out beautiful. The workers are professional and polite, keep to their schedule and work hard. Reasonable rates and gorgeous results.
Our job involved repairing the oak floor in a transition area between the original house and where an addition had been added many years ago. The floor had buckled and split, creating not only an aesthetic mess but also a safety hazard. Mr. Macias did an AMAZING job of blending the repaired area into the existing flooring in both rooms. I couldn't believe how well it matched! You never would know all the flooring was not put down at exactly the same time! Very pleased with the quality of work done by Professional Hardwood Flooring, LLC.
