Loved it. The stylists always do a great job. I always go for a simple chit but they always get it right. No complaints at all
Asked for a stylist I had only been to once. Who ever checked me in gave me a different person, I was skeptical that this was who I wanted but I had only met her once. This was not the girl and it is the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. I asked her if she knew the cut I wanted and she said yes, she didn't have a clue. Unless you know your stylist stay away from this place, they lie to get the business
Margarita was amazing! She had great customer service and was totally sweet . Asked me how i wanted my hair , and how i wear it. Did my highlights perfectly ! Highly recommend her !
Clean environment and great staff. Always got my haircuts from here and it was always a good experience. The staff is super friendly. I really recommend Katie! She always remembered my hairstyle and always did a great job. Super friendly to have a conversation with as well.
Clean salon, seemingly pleasant stylists. However the one I got could not be less professional. She failed to wash my hair thoroughly (parts of my hair were DRY when she finished), she BRUSHED my wet hair from the top of my head--- rather than starting from the bottom w/a comb (to avoid damage). As she was drying my hair I witnessed her holding the dryer in one hand and BITING her nail with the other, then proceeding to use that same hand to arrange my hair. Very upsetting, as I paid $35 for this service. I really do not know what Hair Cuttery is benefiting from keeping her around.
