Stay away from this Gym. Filthy lockers and flocks of hair floating in the swimming pool.nnDo not fall for their promotions and false promises for possible cancelation. You will end up paying for a poor service and rude management.nnNever again.
This gym makes it difficult to cancel a gym membership and only communicates via email. An email was sent and the response disregarded my requests for a refund and cancellation of gym membership. I called and have yet to hear back.
In regards to the pandemic, you’d think Big Sky would be flexible with terminating the contract and receiving a refund. Yet that wasn’t the case and on top of that, communication via email was very poor.
Justin is the worst manager I have had the displeasure of interacting with. Unresponsive and rude, both in person and over email. I have been a member since Big Sky bought over Red Barn, and have endured the poor locker rooms, and lack of equipment and clueless management. But this is the final straw. I will not be returning until this manager is gone.nnWatch out terminating your contract as well. They will do everything they can to steal your money and it is impossible to get a refund from them.
Decent gym, but limited equipment. Locker rooms need a complete renovation. Tennis is decent but blue /white background curtains are very distracting. Wi-Fi is just awful. Very nice staff... Abby and Chris are really amazing.
