My family and I ordered nursery furniture this past fall. I loved being able to see the furniture on display instead of judging what I wanted based on online pictures and specs. The employees were very helpful in organizing and processing the order. All of the furniture came sooner than I expected and we received everything as ordered. Great quality.nnAlso, we were able to demo many other products and the employees were very helpful.

I went in to create my registry and was very kindly greeted by Amy who created our registry and went over to strollers and car seats with me. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect stroller and car seat combo and then Kayla helped us with our crib and very knowledgeable in that area as well. We received a wonderful bag filled with all sorts of things and they even printed out cards to pass out to our friends and family saying where we are registered. I really appreciated all the time the employees spent with me. Thank you buy buy baby i will definitely be going back.

I Normally do not leave reviews, however I'm just fed up with the lack of service here. No one offers to help you, employees don't seem to care; you can just tell it's just a job for them. There's a line of people in line to check out and there's only one register open meanwhile there are a couple of employees not standing too far away arguing about another employee. I will only go into the store if I absolutely have to otherwise I'll buy stuff online probably from Amazon.

WAS GOING TO GIVE NO STAR BUT WAS FORCED BY GOOGLE TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE STAR in order for me to post this review. If I could give these people a THOUSAND NEGATIVE stars I would! I placed an order online 2 weeks ago for a stroller system. I didn't mind when they emailed me saying the order was taking a little longer to process. My baby was not due for another 7 weeks so I didn't worry too much.nnBut then the order delivery date came and passed, without a single email updating me on the whereabouts of my order. So today, I called and the robot lady advised that the wait time would be approx. 30 min. So I elected to wait. I proceeded to remain on the line for not one... but THREE HOURS before finally being connected to a representative.nnCame to find out the product is out of stock and my only option was to cancel my order. WOW... THANKS FOR TELLING ME! Had I not called, I would have been sitting here waiting another 5 weeks without even knowing the order was out of stock. By the way, their website STILL allows you place an order on this product. The representative was willing to offer me 20% off on a single item for my troubles (the same 20% off ANYONE can get by signing up to their email list).nnLet this be a warning for all you moms-to-be out there thinking they can rely on this company to get your baby stuff on time. I'm glad they canceled my order because I don't want this company to get a single dime from me, when I can shop at stores that respect both their customers and their time.

Had to return something I purchased online. I was able to come during their special hours for those who are pregnant or at risk for covid-19. The employees were amazing and super nice. I will definitely go here again in the future.
