Fortunately, this is the absolute last time I will even walk into another Lowe's. Every time I have visited this store after being verbally told they have something in stock, they haven't had it in stock when I arrived same day. Then, the employees are nowhere to be found unlike Home Depot. At least the employee I finally found had the decency to tell me to go to Home Depot.
Normally you will find all what you need in this location, not crowded and customer service is better than Home Depot... at least people (when you find one) are happy to assist. Please! Enforce COVID-19 restrictions to customers.
No one was available to assist us in getting something of top shelf. Had to maneuver to get lid to storage containers. I gave a 4 star because the cashier lady was patient with my grandson and very nice.
Great place and the employees are helpful and nice the only thing is that they don't have self checkout and they have 2 cashier's and a lot of customers trying to checkout
If you want to be safe about Covid don’t use this Lowe’s! I was in there today and 3 people were walking around with no masks the store is not policing or having anyone at the door like target and other stores do to make sure that the governors mandate is followed. I said something to one of the employees (Who is very rude ) and they said that it was fine for them to do that so I put my stuff down on the service counter and walked out the entrance! Shop at a stores that cares about your health and everyone else!!
