All the staff members were SO nice. The cashier didn’t rush me even though there was a long line - she carried a conversation with me and realized my birthday was coming up. They’ve definitely stepped up their game over the last few months!
Had a great experience birthday shopping for my niece. I'm a single guy and I've never been in an Ulta before and had no idea what I was looking for. Stephanie greeted me with a smile (under her mask) and was very polite and was very thorough and knowledgeable. I walked in very unsure and walked out knowing my niece would think I was the best uncle ever. Thanks again Steph!!
Was assisted by Chris, Carmen and Miglyza. I was greeted and assisted at one time or another by all 3. They even had a product I've been looking for and sold out almost everywhere. They made my purchase at this store a great experience I would definitely be back. Store was clean and product visable.
The inconsistencies at this store is so aggravating. Between finding someone to help you, to lacking freebies and no alternatives given to pick up process changing depending on who's working. I'd like to come into this location and not experience an issue. This isn't anything recent but rather over a two or so year period. Time to move onto Wethersfield or patiently wait for Farmington.
Staff made it feel like it was an extreme inconvenience to them when I had asked them a question. Also wanted to see if they had a product in stock and told me to “try coming tomorrow and it might be there” when other locations I have been to had no problem checking for me in the back room AND in the system. This location wasn’t it for me.
