Lee always takes the time to ensure that I walk out of her shop a happy customer. Everything I need is in one spot. She even has the special shampoo needed. I will always return there for my purchases.
The owner is extremely kind and takes her time to make sure you are happy with your purchase. The variety of different types of hair pieces and wigs offers a lot of choices. Lee will see me again.
I first visited The Wig Loft in 2015, when my waist-length hair (worn in a braid encircling my head) was thinning on top and I wasn’t sure what to do. Lee (the owner) was wonderful: she showed me a variety of wigs, in case things got worse, but encouraged me to first try a short style that would camouflage the problem. I hadn’t had short hair for 40 years, so it was quite traumatic, but she handled the situation superbly (even saved my braid for posterity). I have been a faithful client ever since, and I couldn’t be happier with my now permed, beautifully colored short hair.
I have been coming here for over a year and I am thrilled to have found such a great place. My stylist, Jen, is the best! I am so happy with her. I highly recommend the Spa for their caring professionalism and bright, cheerful surroundings. The convenient on-line appointments are a plus, too. They are continuously improving services for their customers.
