Dr. Rob and the staff are professional, personable, and knowledgable. The doctor listens patiently and explores all options for my treatment. He ensures that I receive the best treatment possible and makes it work with my current insurance plan. I cannot recommend Montana Eyecare enough.

I waited for a month for this visit.  During my exam I was constantly reminded by the woman doing the first part of my exam as to how busy she was.  She was very rude to me.  She caused me an injury to an old whiplash injury in my neck by constantly making me push my neck forward to activate her machines and was quite impatient.   Even the doctor made sure I knew how busy he was.  I was quoted an incorrect price for lenses which was why I turned in my glasses and ordered new lenses.  They turned out to be 3 times more expensive than what I was quoted.  Maybe they were rude to me because they thought I was a welfare case for some reason.  I have Medicare not Medicaid.  I will look elsewhere for my eyecare in the future.  This place is just too busy.nnShow quoted text

Excellent care. Best experience and exam I have ever had. So conscious of cleanliness, very possitive experience. Doctor, staff very thorough. Couldnt ask for better care! Highly recommend

Chris in the optical department is IRREPLACEABLE. He has been absolutely wonderful during a frustrating experience with new frames that continue to break. Never has he made me feel bad for coming in, again and again to pop lenses back into the frames or adjust my glasses. He has always worked to meet all of my needs as the customer and provides long term solutions which is incredibly helpful. Thank you Chris!!!

Montana Eye Care is amazing! I've always had great service all the way through each appointment from the front desk, technicians to Dr. Simons. I really can't say enough good things about this place. Highly reccomended from a happy patient!
