I was very impressed with KEA. They had an appointment available a few days after I called and arrived at the scheduled time. They came out to treat wasps and ants for me and went all out to take care of the problem for me in multiple locations all around the outside of my house. Much better product than what I can buy at home depot and worth the extra money
Rasheed is an incredible professional who stands by his work. He solved our rodent problem without any issues and was very eco-friendly. I would highly recommend his services.
Kea pest control is not considerate towards customers. I was told by my building management they will be there from 1:30 to 2:30 they arrived earlier and supposedly waited 40 minutes so since the tech waited that long owner Rasheed told him to leave when my sister arrived at 1:25 which he says she arrived at 1:37 he said my unit would not be treated. I had to call the office in order to get a hold of Rasheed and after speaking to him he still couldn’t treat my unit now I’m left with pest and all my things in bags. Poor communication and zero desire in customer service. If you have a pest control problem you better off with beg spray and watching YouTube DIYnn(You refused to give maintenance access to even let us in) That information is a not true I will post a text I had between me and building management.
