Have not been to the dentist in a number of years so was a bit afraid of what was to come. Happy I came in sooner than later though. Everyone has been super nice. Had a check up to create a treatment plan and two awesome cleaning sessions with Hygienist Ella! I made the comment she made the process like a spa for your teeth! Don’t hesitate to start taking care of your teeth it is less scary than you think and the best decision you can make. Back for a root canal next week. Thank you for the help getting my dental health back on track everyone at the Enfield Aspen!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I learned a lot about my teeth and was given a treatment plan. The man who took my X-rays was very gentle and understanding. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable about the bone loss caused by bacteria under the gums. I was a little concerned about the cost of the treatment plan but the woman in finance worked with me to get me a payment plan that I could afford as I don’t have dental insurance. Overall pleasant experience.
This place is...sketchy. Your first appointment will include a half hour of just x-rays! Then, you will only spend 5 minutes with a hygienist and 3 minutes with a doctor. Even if you are going for a regular check-up, you will NOT receive a cleaning at your first appointment.nnAfter an hour (includes waiting between hygienist and dentist), you will see one of their financial consultants on your way out. How odd?! This person will review the costs for any recommended services and before you can schedule an appointment, you have to pay 50% up front. This did not sit well with me. It just doesn’t make sense and the entire process seemed super sales-y.nnNote: We are new to the area and in search of new dentists. My boyfriend scheduled our appointments. I did not realize until the day of that we would be going to Aspen Dental. Never again! I will be scheduling an ACTUAL dentist appointment with another office today.
Paid over $5000 for a bridge. Teeth were too big. Looked different than the other side of my mouth. Has always hurt me since day one! Now about a year late a tooth is cracked! I don’t even eat on that side because since they did the bridge it has hurt to chew. And their special financing is care credit! Had I known before what I know now,I would have paid 10,000 anywhere else. If you want high prices and inexperienced work that falls apart in a year after paying over 5 grand. Then go here. You want better work call me I know I can do it for half the price and it will last you at least double the years it last me!!
I thought I would be nice and take my wife to Sspeyt for dental problems. They signed her up, pulled some teeth, and now every time we go back, they keep charging for things that were supposed to be covered. AND refuse to give reciets for anything done as proof. Nothing but lies. Ssd.
