We’ve been to Dr. dental probably, at least, 8 times now. We’ve always seen Dr. M and each and every time, he has been amazing. He’s wonderful with kids, takes the time to explain and teach, overall impressive bedside manners, not to mention the most important fact is that he is thorough and does a great job! It’s obvious that people who work there enjoy their work and appreciate the dentists, specifically Dr. M. Also, accommodating! In a few words summary: extremely satisfied patients!nThank you everyone!

I have gone to several different dentists in my area and have always been treated as another number. Come in, sit down. Get in, get out. I have to say, I was nervous going to another franchise for dental work. I have had terrible experiences at most. But this place was different in my experience. When I arrived they did the routine x-rays and sat down and discussed with me the best options to take. Where at Columbia Dental, I felt they were fully prepared to make me spend thousands of dollars to save a tooth that could not be saved in the long run, with no explanation. DR. Dental fully explained and made me feel comfortable in my decisions as well as comfortable in their office to proceed with the procedure. The procedure itself (an extraction) was quick and virtually pain free, all the while the dentist and the assistant, absolutely wonderful, talking me through the entire thing, making sure I was completely comfortable through the entire process and explaining each step. Everyone was so friendly, from the Dentist and his assistants, to the front desk workers. I hate the dentist. I still do, but this is the first dentist who made me feel as comfortable as possible in the chair.

Very poor customer service as I was placed on hold every time I called for over 15 minutes each time. After finally being able to speak to someone I was able to finally schedule an appointment. My appointment was changed twice without my consent. The office also canceled on me twice; therefore, I never made it in for my new client appointment. Based off just the customer service and poor scheduling I would not recommend this office to anyone. I did reach out to another office in the area whose receptionist were very pleasant and got me in right in for an appointment.

They have been my dentist since 2013. Excellent care provided not only to me but for my children. My son feels at ease at all times and he loves it. I have taken more than 10 costumers to them throughout time...

Probably best dentist and staff I have ever met my kids actually like going to dentist now never ever have I felt pain from novacaine or drilling and the boys all say the same. Recommend 100 percent
