IF YOU ARE NOT BLACK THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL. I have no complaints about the quality of the work. My gel mani and pedi look great. I’m happy with the finished product, though it barely lasted 2 weeks. On the other hand, the customer service the was BAD. I said, “Thank you” multiple times to my tech with no response. I wasn’t asked what shape I wanted my nails, I was rushed to pick a color, not once ever did either of my technicians so much as say a word to me. Neither of them greeted me. I know they understood English because they directed me where to sit in English. The entire experience felt rude. I only received a warm goodbye after I paid. I hope that all of this has nothing to do with my skin tone but couldn’t help but overhear the conversations amongst the techs or techs and their white customers when my techs didn’t even ask me if I liked my nails or the color or anything. I won’t be back but, Thanks!

Love Kim's. Best nail salon ever. I followed Jean here from MA. She is worth the 35 minute plus drive. She is an amazing nail technician. She always does a beautiful job with both my pedi and gel refill. Always love seeing her. She is a sweetheart.

Very happy with my experience here. It’s a very clean, tidy, and cute salon. The staff were very professional and kind, they took the time to listen to what I wanted, made sure I was happy with what I had, and took their time to make sure my nails were nothing but flawless. They are also able to do a lot of really cool designs. I was very impressed by this salon, will definitely go back.

I’ve been here a few times and the techs I’ve had all did a great job! They also have nice Covid safety procedures.

Jean always does a wonderful job, and is very patient with me. The salon is always clean when I come in, and the ladies are very welcoming.
