I had an outstanding permit that needed to be closed out. WB Dickenson did the original remodel job and even though this permit had lapsed a few years they honored the inspectors request to seal the on demand water heater at no charge. I can't say enough about Alex and Tyler, they were nothing but professional and courteous...great guys!!
I’m a general contractor and have used many plumbers in the past that were unreliable and provided poor quality of work. I was recommended to WB Dickinsen and they will be my only call on any plumbing work I need done on my future projects. They show up on time, their employees are knowledgeable and respectful and they stay on projects until everything is done properly. I recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing services.
I had this company do my bathroom and kitchen the workers were very polite and did very good work for the most part. Had a couple of minor problems. 5 stars for the workers.
Complete con artists STAY AWAY! I was told by the OWNER a high and low price because they charge hourly then I get a bill 3x that because of the “difficulties” $600 later but I let it go and hired them again for the SAME THING TO HAPPEN I trusted them to do work while I was out running errands I come back they are sitting in their van eating lunch and told me they just finished in my house 5 minutes ago!!! I look back on my cameras and they were in my house under a little over 30 mins and charged me over $300! They left to the “equipment store” but charged me still for the time?? Doesn’t seem proper to me at all! Come with your proper supplies for the job! The owner doesn’t care either he has a nasty attitude!
