Wow! This was such a pleasant experience from my first interaction with Wendy to the last and with everything in between. What a staff! The coaches were so attentive to the children. There were plenty of obstacles for all the children in our party of 18, not one feeling the least bit left out or idle. They were in constant motion and having a blast!! Many of the parents walked out of there knowing exactly where their next birthday party was going to be held. Clean, organized, a most perfect viewing room for parents, a friendly team and the perfect venue for an American Ninja Warrior enthusiast daughter! My bar is set pretty high and they outperformed! Thank you USA Ninja Challenge South Windsor! The birthday ninja had an amazing time!

Based on age and abilities, young and young adult ninjas participate in age appropriate classes to learn how to overcome physical obstacles. This is similar in style to American Ninja, the television show, though they’re not affiliated. My daughter is 10 and she really enjoys trying to advance in levels each week. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and they make exercising fun for the kids. They even have ninja camp during the summer and birthday party packages throughout the year. Highly recommend.

Scheduled a kids birthday party here. Yes the kids really enjoyed it. As far as the price, just about any other party place would be a better options in my opinion. They basically only have one party option available. I emailed them multiple times to try to figure out if they had other “packages”. As far as the party, nothing is included besides a room. Comparing this to other places that provide pizza, soda, gift bag for birthday child etc for the same price. The instructors literally took the table cloth off the table as kids were still enjoying their cupcakes. I understand the room was for 30 min but we were rushed out of there & there was no signs of an incoming party after us. I would not recommend this place for a birthday party.

Best gym, has lots of mostly empty times, helpful trainers. The bathrooms are always clean and the staff take good care of the place.

As a teacher, I really value the organization and structure of the classes. They work to help each individual move to the next level with encouragement and direction. I can’t recommend this place enough to family and friends. Even a 45 minute drive would be worth it!
