Haven’t been there in 6 months due to pandemic. Went to cancel my membership since I’m no longer in the area and they said they were going to charge me for September. She said something about 30 day notice. I’m sure it’s clearly outlined in the contract but I feel this takes advantage of the consumer and merits a bad review. I’ve already had two months worth of payments auto withdrawn since the gym opened back up again and now will get a third. I will never go back based off principle alone.

My experience with the place hasn't been good. If it weren't for me going to the VP (which she did help me) the manager never returned phone calls and he was very rude. The pool needs to be cleaner and warmer and another member let their 3 yr old in the hot tub and when I almost went in after them there was poop floating in the water! I go only cuz its convenient to where I live but the whole place needs to be cleaner and employees should be more helpful to the customers.

Terrible gym. It's $50/month, half of the equipment is old and barely works or doesn't work. The general atmosphere just feels dirty and dusty. The manager does not care about updating the gym or pleasing the customers. They don't let you play full court basketball because they don't want to take the volleyball net down. Backboards and rims are broken/leaning and they will not fix them. Court has dead spots and loose panels. Staff is rude and/or not knowledgeable, especially the female manager who seems to have a permanent bad attitude. When I cancelled my membership, it was no questions asked and they even seemed eager to cancel as it would be one less person they had to worry about pleasing. I was hoping they would ask why so I could inform them of how poorly their gym is run from a customer perspective. Would give 0 stars if possible. Save your hard earned money even if you want a basketball court like I did. Play outside during the summer or find an open gym league during the winter somewhere. I can't see how they are still profitable other than they put zero money into the place and charge a ridiculous price
