We left for vacation and asked them to fill our tank before we left. They didn't and it ran out while were gone. They never called us either. We got back on a Sunday and had to pay $80 for the weekend service fee. They said they would reimburse us, and never did. Awful customer service.
They delivered oil as promised when we ran out by mistake. I called over 11+ places around town.We had been surviving on emergency diesel and we were in desperate need. Our own company even left us in the cold for days!!! (And we had been loyal customers and there was an impending snow storm too!) A1 Oil was the only company came through when we needed them the most. Someone who has your back when you need them the most, matters. I will definitely use them again.
Zero stars if it were an option. Had been a customer for 20+ years. Terrible company and customer service. They flat out lie to you. Posted a full review on Yelp. Check it out for the details. I would highly recommend not using this lousy company.
On Monday I called A1 Oil to order oil and I was routed to A1 Oil's answering service. I placed an order with them for a delivery of oil for the coming Friday. When no one showed up on Friday I contacted the A1 office and they had no record of my order. They said they were sorry about the lost order, but the earliest they could now deliver oil would be in 10 more days! The office said they would have their office manager call me, but no one ever called me back. I had been a customer with A1 Oil for 10+ years and have never had a major issue. Mistakes happen, but it is how companies deal with their mistakes that really matter. A1 Oil totally failed and I am now taking my business elsewhere.nTL/DR: Do not use A1 Oil's answering service because they will lose your order and A1 Oil is not a trustworthy company.
Tech was sent out to purge system.Said I needed circular pump/release value.Left without Fixing anything.BUT BILL.CALLED MANAGER TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME CREDIT HE REFUSED.JUST HAD Furance serviced.Running at 89%.DIDNT NEED PARTSnGO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
