Gas prices are decent, but that's the only good thing I can say. The gas pumps never have receipt paper anymore. I think they've just stopped loading it, because it's been months since there's been paper. Then, when you walk inside to get a receipt, the clerk just stares at you until I ask for a receipt. God forbid you get behind someone buying lottery tickets!
On Thanksgiving night I stopped off to get the offered free coffee for me and my wife For our ride home I went in to get one for me and my wife since we were both taking turns driving home and was only told I could only get one. so much for helping to keep you safe and awake I will never go to a Valero station again !!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
0/5 but 0s not an option...Store manager is ALWAYS rude as anything. Things constantly ring up wrong (reg price, sale prices either current or old and she didnt take down) and when u ask for it to be fixed she gives you huge attitude and is terribly rude. Forces you to pay over price or leave. Items are already super over priced as its a convience store but then add another 1$++ even when its posted as way less. Always have to wait forever for help. And atm fee says 3$ but checking bank statement is fas mart -2.00, fas mart -103.00, fas mart -2.00 so ends up costing 5-7$ not the 3 advertised. Store manager wants my full bank account statement to fix it because showing her -2,-103,-2 doesnt mean they charged me 2 before and after using atm. Also always have to wait forver for someone to wait on you so they can finish talkng or wait in line of 8ppl while 3other employees stand around talking instead of using other register. Done going there.
