Read all the reviews before hiring this attorney! Mr. Baca will appear to be concerned as well as he does a good job at selling himself, unfortunately between his office and himself you'll find your time wasted, no results and with a straight face will ask for more money, they'll claim they've left you numerous messages which they dont then they'll show up to court without talking with you first and will more than likely botch your preliminary hearing. Use caution when thinking about hiring this attorney. Very unprofessional law group.

I would not recommend this lawyer. He did not remember me when I called I had to remind him every single time what my case was. He showed up maybe to one or two of my court hearings but sent his sidekick the other times and honestly I felt better with them. They reassured me more in the hour they were with me then Dan did my whole court process. I stayed on top of my own case more than he did. I’m very disappointed. Definitely a waste of my money.

Honestly I would have put half a star but it doesn't let me. Definitely the worst attorney I have ever talked to. I had a $10 public defender who did way more for me then Mister Baca even tried to do. I definitely recommend you stay away from this attorney. He couldn't even remember my name or my case every time I went to see him. She will promise you so much and deliver nothing definitely a waste of money

Did a great job keeping in contact with me and moving the case along. He listens carefully to client questions and responds quickly. He was honest and upfront about where I stood in the case. I would highly recommend Dan Baca.
